That gif will give you a headache if you watch it for too long but I thought it was funny - I'm simple like that.

I'm still a bit exhausted at the minute and was hoping for a fairy to whisk me away today for Mother's day (or whisk my kid away) but #fail to that one 😶

So, instead I'm reaching out to GOD today. I'm serious. When things get a little tough for me and I'm struggling to see the light, I turn to God. Now, spirituality means different things to different people but I'm a proud and happy Hindu so religion works for me. I'm also a huge fan of nature and I'll usually walk my troubles off outside, it's quite therapeutic.

So what does spirituality mean to you? I wrote about The relationship between spirituality and mental health in this week's blog post which might be an interesting read. I've included some research from the Royal College of Psychiatrists - which might help some of the skeptics 😉

Whatever you're doing today, whatever you're feeling today, take a moment to check in with your spirituality. If you have any type of faith, it will help you have balance and can really help you in times of need.
