Graduating? Transferring-Out? Last Semester at Madison College?
Are you graduating? Let us know! Email iss@madisoncollege.edu so we can guide you on next steps and celebrate your accomplishment! Madison College is excited to celebrate our graduates in a virtual ceremony. Find more information about the event and how to participate here. Also, if you wish to apply for Post-Completion OPT it is best to do so as soon as possible. This work authorization often takes 3 months to process with the USCIS and begins with a recommendation from CIE.
Last Semester at Madison College?Email us about your plans, so we can help you with next steps to make sure your I-20 is kept active or deactivated appropriately.
REMEMBER: On-Campus work is only permitted at Madison College before you graduate or transfer-out and only while in valid visa support from Madison College. Off-Campus work eligibility may also be impacted by graduating, transferring-out, or no longer studying at Madison College. Consult with CIE Staff if you have questions.
CIE Student Support Check-Ins
In the past few weeks, you should have received an e-mail about our new service for CIE Student Support. If you have not connected yet with CIE team member Linda Aroonsavath, we highly encourage that you do. Check-ins can be done via phone, video call or by e-mail. We invite you to check-in with Linda if you have any questions or concerns that you would like to share. Our goal is to make sure students are feeling supported, healthy, and getting their needs met. To schedule an appointment with Linda, please e-mail ISS@madisoncollege.edu or e-mail Linda directly at LAroonsavath@madisoncollege.edu.
