Get on with it!
I find that many women (myself included sometimes) do more talking than action, more thinking than doing and procrastination holds you back
Let me introduce you to the 2 minute rule. I talk about this on my BEST programme as a way of helping women deal with resistance.
Just say to yourself you'll just do it for 2 minutes. Whatever it is, a run, a video, a meditation app, making a juice, planning your meals, the recharge workout, your stretches, whatever!
By telling yourself that you only need to do 2 minutes and that you can stop then, is psychologically a game changer for many. Once you've started doing whatever it is, after 2 minutes you are usually happy to follow through!
Give it a go and use it for work / family / home and the Tummy ATTACK!
