What you need to do today...

So after the first week, you should all notice an improvement in your strength and fitness as you revisit the videos.

So really try to push yourself as much as you can, aim to do as much of level two as you can and PUSH THE BOAT OUT!

Get on with it!

I find that many women (myself included sometimes) do more talking than action, more thinking than doing and procrastination holds you back

Let me introduce you to the 2 minute rule. I talk about this on my BEST programme as a way of helping women deal with resistance.

Just say to yourself you'll just do it for 2 minutes. Whatever it is, a run, a video, a meditation app, making a juice, planning your meals, the recharge workout, your stretches, whatever!

By telling yourself that you only need to do 2 minutes and that you can stop then, is psychologically a game changer for many. Once you've started doing whatever it is, after 2 minutes you are usually happy to follow through!

Give it a go and use it for work / family / home and the Tummy ATTACK!

    Some of you are going to have parts of you that you can't change. This could be stretch marks after having a baby, or being bottom heavy because of your genetic make up. For some it's because you just aren't really prepared to put in the work needed to get or maintain your 'perfect' body goal.

    If so EMBRACE who you are, so that you can live your life more freely and increase the good chemistry and hormones in your body.

    For many women, embracing being a bigger size is where the fun starts. You can still be super fit, strong and healthy but make it easier for yourselves by not trying to be a certain size and by focusing on being curvy rather than skinny.

    Meet Ashley Graham, she is a UK size 18, but she works out and eats healthily. Here she is in action. She became the first size-16 model to grace the cover of Sports Illustrated’s coveted Swimsuit Edition in 2016.

    As I've said throughout the Tummy ATTACK so far, if we saw more of these, would we a) have better body image and b) feel less pressure?

    I think so!
