We're officially (hopefully) past the snowflakes and possibly already in summer. I often muse about my family at the beginning of my posts, even though I have few family members in the region I've chosen as my home. I've been lucky enough to get out to learn more about the families that have made the Niagara Peninsula great, including the Merritts, Konkles, Browns, Frys, Brants, Culps, and more. I'd love to share your families and your research in the upcoming newsletters, and would love it if you could share photos, brick walls and more in the hopes of enabling you to find more family members to share with. If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, please respond to this email with your story!
We're also preparing for the branch's 40th (plus two) anniversary, which was delayed because of the pandemic. Now that people are starting to get out and about, we are considering an in-person event and we'd love for you to come. We'd like to gauge interest in the event, so please fill out the survey below if you'd be interested in attending.
