OK so is this festive season looking more like Christmas or Christmess??

For me it's the latter. Life's thrown a few curveballs in this last month with bereavements and job changes. I really feel like the universe is bringing a giant golden broom to clear the energy for new things. The solstice has just passed and lighter days are on their way. But I feel I need to hibernate in my cocoon just a little bit longer before I begin to fly.

If you're weathering the ups and downs of the season too, hang in there and remember this season is about having compassion and kindness for yourself as well as others.
