Banana Oat Balls

This weeks shopping list may seem like costly spending. However, many of these ingredients will last you for quite a while. 

 

Practical Life Tips:

  • I generally try to avoid popcorn, large berries and grapes in the classroom due to the high chance of choking hazard. 
  • If we offer grapes, we cut them in half cut lengthwise so they can pass more easily through smaller throats.
  • Portions. When offering a banana on toast cut toast slices and whole banana in four pieces for each individual child to have one piece of each on a tray at a time.
