  • If you are contacted by the NHS Test and Trace service, you need to self-isolate for 14 days, even if you do not display symptoms.

There have been no changes to the way parking is being enforced in the borough. As a quick reminder:

  • All NHS and social care staff, charities and volunteer groups who applied for a free parking permit can still use them to help make essential journeys.
  • If you have a resident permit you can still park in our surface level (non-barrier controlled) car parks.
  • If you have a permit you can still park in any shared use bays, resident bays or limited waiting bays in your zone.
  • If you have a parking season ticket at either Lydiard Park or Coate Water please email our Parking Services Team for a free extension for the number of days the car parks were closed.

Penalty Charge Notices are only being issued to cars parked dangerously, on yellow lines, in disabled bays, to non-permit holders, or in car parks with no payment or permit. Find out more here
