Have you embraced virtual events?
Co-hosts for a virtual fundraiser are shown. Two are in the studio and one is shown on a large video screen.

Go virtual and expand your audience.

While we are hopeful and eager to return to live events, we also celebrate virtual event opportunities, including extending your reach across the country and around the world. We recently helped Cleveland and Woodley Park Village stream their live Summer Spritz fundraiser. The host was in Washington, D.C., the benefit auctioneer was in San Francisco, and our production team was in Portland, OR. Supporters watched from numerous locations, including Tampa, Philadelphia, and Toledo.

Virtual events also make it possible to feature speakers who might not have been available to travel for in-person events. During Brews for New Avenues -- the world's largest rare beer auction and benefit for New Avenues for Youth -- one of the event co-chairs joined live from Germany. Guests for this international event participated from Ireland, Iceland, Belgium, and the Philippines.

You can livestream your event from anywhere to everywhere. Contact us to review your options and to discuss availability.  Find more livestreaming and media production resources below and in our blog.

The Silver Lining of Virtual Galas

While virtual events may never rival the atmosphere and social aspects of live events, there are many reasons virtual galas are fundraising successes.

Event Spotlight: Screentime Drive-In Gala

Wondering how an in-person event can follow COVID-19 safety guidelines and benefit from the features of a virtual event? Clackamas Women's Services took inspiration from drive-in movie theaters to host their annual gala fundraiser.

We want to keep our staff and visitors healthy and limit the spread of COVID-19. In our studio and on location, our team takes all CDC-recommended safety precautions. We also closely monitor and follow changing requirements from the State of Oregon and Multnomah County.
