1. OMS Return

   • Manage returns through additional filters in search sale order API

     The sellers can now see all created and pending approval reverse pick-up requests through the additional filters in the search sale order API.

2. WMS Returns

   • Manage staggered delivery of courier returns comprehensively

     The sellers would now be able to receive courier returns in a staggered manner in case all items of a shipment are not returned to the warehouse by the shipping provider in a single transaction. Click here to know

   • Generate an accurate invoice in case the MRP on items packed is different from the promised MRP

     The sellers can now adjust the discount in the invoice or reduce the selling price of the item in case the MRP listed on the product is different from the MRP promised to the customer. Click here to know
