If you are an avid reader of the Chicago Tribune, you will enjoy our new database: The Chicago Historical Tribune. This database allows you to read any newspaper from 1849 - 2010. Get first-hand accounts of the politics, society and events of the time! All you need to access this resource is the number printed under the barcode of your library card. Museums for All

The Museums For All program gives free or reduced admission to a HUGE variety of museums across the country to anyone receiving SNAP benefits. All they have to do is show their card. For more information and to find participating museums, visit: https://museums4all.org/

HPL calendars are back! Each calendar includes librarian recommended HPL programs, artwork by HPL's graphic designer, recommended library services, and more! All proceeds go to HPL programming. You can purchase a calendar either at:
