How have you been? I've had the most eventful week with my house move and scarily, even though I didn't do ANY work, I've managed to secure 3 incredible wins that I'm super excited to share with you today!

  1. I have been selected to be a regular contributor to Female First Magazine with my very own 'Ask the Expert' column on all things living well for mental well-being! 😳
  2. I will be hosting my very first Talk/Workshop with WeWork Bishopsgate on 25th June at a Lunch Learn titled: “The Frank Truth about Well-being Trends - How to actually manage the Work-Life balance.” I'll let you know next week if it's open to the public and you can come along for free! This is a big deal because I'm not paying for the space and doing the event, WeWork loved my pitch for their members so it's a co-hosted event 🙌 Hopefully one of many!
  3. Now this one's a true corker! I have been selected to be the FIRST retreat/spa representative partner with a global luxury hotel brand. What this means is that I can host monthly Workshops - a mini version of my retreats - in a gorgeous hotel and spa in central London AND I can host my retreats abroad in THE most high end, best service, multi-award winning hotels around the world! I haven't signed on the dotted line yet so can't disclose the brand but believe me when I tell you - this is bloody amazing!!!

So all this wonderful stuff happened whilst I was busy moving house, fighting with my husband and trying to manage my 3 year old's change tantrums!

Of course this move has inspired this week's blog 6 Tips on How Compromise can Help your Mental Well-being because mine was truly tested this week! As an extremely independent person, compromise is really hard for me. Doing this move with my family really made me evaluate a lot of things and really choose which fights to fight. It has been exhausting and insightful and I think I'm finally winning at this compromise lark! I'm a control freak, if I can do it, so can you! 

And finally, I want to thank each and every one of you that responded to last week's email. I couldn't believe how many emails I received. I will be responding today as my life is falling back into some level of normality now. Those emails really touched me, thank you.
