There is a mobile app that allows for scanning a whiteboard, document, or business card to One Drive, which is the document library within Spartan 365. You can also use the mobile app to mark up a PDF. This may be particularly useful when working remotely, with limited access to scanners. Click here to learn more.

What happens if an institution has already submitted an application, and due to effects of COVID-19, some of the information needs to be revised? Institutions affected by COVID-19 will be allowed to submit post-submission grant application materials to revise information that was submitted in an application as long as the materials are received at least fourteen days before the start of the review meeting. In response to the economic impact of the COVID-19 public health emergency, ARPA-E is altering the SCALEUP FOA by decreasing cost-share requirements and deferring these cost-share payments for approximately the first year of awards. In other words, ARPA-E will invest more money in SCALEUP projects and require less financial contributions from awardees and their potential partners.
