How are you these days? I've been going through the worst sleep lately. For weeks I had lower back problems. And I've never had back problems, which I know is really amazing considering my age because I feel like everyone has had back problems at one point or another during their life -- especially men.
Mom told me to take turmeric supplements. It's supposed to be anti-inflammatory, but on the bottle it says that it relieves flatulence (it doesn't). She also recommended those Icy Hot patches which I went through ~ they're nice, I see why folks like them. And boy howdy did I try every sleeping position but upside down.
Coach Sofia's short video helped me to see why certain things I was trying weren't working and the importance of good sleeping positions. Right now my back pain is gone [Thank god! I did not like feeling old!], and I'm sleeping better.
Do you have trouble sleeping?
It’s only when we truly know and understand that we have a limited time on earth—and that we have no way of knowing when our time is up—that we will begin to live each day to the fullest, as if it was the only one we had. —Elisabeth Kübler-Ross
How many books did you read in 2020? I read 31 which I thought was great until I compared myself to other people. Booo. But apparently, most Americans average 12 books a year. Surely this changed during lockdown, right? Anyway, I'm starting a reading roundup if you need more ideas on what to read! And recommendations are welcome!
"Erik Johansson is a Swedish-born artist based in Prague who creates surreal images by recombining photographs and other materials." I've been following him on Instagram for awhile, but I can't remember how I first discovered him. If you like to see how he creates these images, then check out his account.
Hope you are well and good. Take care,

Do you know of anyone who could use a little love during lockdown? Please forward my letter! Thanks. 🥰
