It's Day 22!

Today, we kick off week four with 60 minutes of endurance cardio and I'd love you to work as hard as you can as it's your last cardio endurance session of the bootcamp!

Tasty low sugar recipe of the day!

Salmon and broccoli cakes with watercress, avocado & tomato salad

Very healthy and incredibly tasty, these are great to batch up and keep in the freezer. As you know, I don't like eating tomatoes too much, so I substitute them with fennel.

Sugar Quiz...

What has a higher sugar content?

a) Tesco mixed sushi pack

b) Pret a Manger egg salad sandwich

And the answer to yesterday's quiz is...

The supposedly 'skinny' blueberry muffin from Starbucks, in actual fact contains a mindblowing 34.7g sugar per unit. The lemon loaf cake per unit is still pretty bad containing 25.3g sugar. Motto of the day, don't eat cakes, especially the diet ones!
