Literacy through Languages project launch

Are you keen to explore the use of literacy strategies in your Languages classroom?
Would you like to be supported by a coach to trial an Action Research approach as you do this?

Join this webinar to find out more about being involved in a new MLTAV Literacy through Languages project in 2023.

The project will provide you with:

• coaching support through one in-school and two online coaching sessions

• a structure for using an Action Research approach over the 6-month project

• information about literacy strategies that can be used in the Languages classroom through two online after school webinars

• the opportunity to share your learning in a mini workshop at the MLTAV Conference

• free registration at the MLTAV Conference on Monday 4 December

• a $300 contribution to one day CRT release to support your work on the project

My Languages Journey Passports: New resource available now!

The My Languages Journey Passport (the Passport) has been developed as a resource for language teachers as a means of engaging Foundation to Year 3 students and their families in Languages education.

The Passports are available in Chinese, French, German, Greek, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese and Spanish. They are a free resource for Victorian government schools. Non-government schools can order the Passports for $1.50 each.
