March 2020

Welcome to our first newsletter for 2020 which is already a great year for the College. 2020 has been designated by the World Health Organisation as the International Year of the Nurse and Midwife, and we will celebrate on May 20 at our College Awards evening.

Meet our new Clinical Liaison Lecturers who are key to our new model of clinical supervision for CDU nursing and midwifery students in partnership with NT Health.

Learn about our new relationship with Health Careers International as we develop new and innovative pathways for students to engage in our courses.

Congratulations to our stellar research team who were successful in a national multi million dollar tender to provide support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and mothers.

CDU nursing students have been delivering primary health care in Vietnam, new staff are joining the College and there are new postgraduate programs on offer.

We will continue to share all the inspiring good news stories with you, and keep you informed of College activities and future plans. If you are a student, alumni, clinical partner or a key stakeholder please join our CDU community to connect, discover and grow.
