Hello Friend,
I know everyone is excited for pumpkin spice season and while I AM offering a Fall-themed giveaway, I am for once not happy to see the end of summer.

For one thing, my oldest son is a SENIOR in high school this year, and I would prefer to just freeze time and live in this comfy little place where we're still all under one roof.

For another, I've been having a lovely time doing yoga on the new deck every (non-rainy) morning and watching the birds. Though, my youngest is still calling me the crazy bird lady, and I had rather a long argument with a chipmunk the other day.

Check out the critters I've been hanging with, and reply to let me know/send pics of what's in yours! I don't have a photo of the skunk that sprayed poor Prescott puppy in the face two weeks ago, but if I were you I'd invest in Febreeze stock!

The Prescott puppy helping me work; a male hairy woodpecker who loooves my platform feeder since he's too big to fit anywhere else; a squirrel that chilled on my deck railing for about fifteen minutes like that; and a bee on one of my coneflowers, pollinating away and being far more productive than I am 🐝🌺😁
