Repair Cafe Woolloongabba is a neighbourhood initiative that promotes repair as an alternative to throwing things out.
Its first cafe will be held on Saturday the 27th of March from 10am to 1pm at 7 Burke Street, Woolloongabba (diagonally across the road from the RGQ warehouse).
If you've got something broken, bring it to the cafe for an on-the-spot fix with the help of volunteer repairers. Repairs will depend on the skills of our volunteers and may be different each time.
We're excited to announce that we'll be launching a new on-line shop at the end of March. If you're already familiar with our Mail Order service, we'll now be moving the ordering process 100% on-line.
We've bundled our staples into neat little packs. Most are priced at $2.50 with larger or unique materials priced individually at their per unit kg price.
