I can’t do it! It is too hard! I don’t have the patience, I don’t have the know how, it is too much pressure! Have you ever had such thoughts? Have you ever had such thoughts about things that God has called you to do? The Apostle Paul did. In this week's passage (2 Cor. 2:14 - 3:18) Paul ponders the question, “Who is sufficient for these things?” Who is sufficient to be a living letter for Christ in a “crooked and twisted generation?” Paul’s answer: None of us are, including Paul himself. So why would God call us into serving Him in His ministry if we are insufficient for the task? Come out this Sunday to learn what encouragement we have from 2 Corinthians 3 to step into this calling of being living letters.

It’s that time of year! We have been collecting for Operation Christmas Child and will be collecting shoe-box items through November 13. Our elementary kids will pack our boxes THIS Sunday, November 13th, during the morning service! If you have items you’d like to donate, please bring the items to church by this Sunday morning.

Join the family of Rush Creek for a Thanksgiving Eve Service on Wednesday, November 23rd at 6:30pm at Rush Creek Bible Church. Immediately following the service, there will be a Christmas Wrapping Party! We will be wrapping small Christmas gifts for the 170 children that we serve through Hand2hand. Christmas wrapping paper is needed! If you would like to donate wrapping paper, please put your donations in the Hand2Hand shopping cart in the church foyer on or before 11/23.

Women’s R&R Christmas Event

Join the women at Rush Creek for a night of celebrating our Savior's birth on Monday, December 5th at 6:30pm. There will be appetizers (please bring something to share-a sign up sheet will be in the foyer), singing, and a Christmas Devotional reflecting on the true meaning of Christmas. You don’t want to miss this special night!

Annual Christmas Party

Our Rush Family Christmas Party will be on Sunday, December 11th at 5pm. Come out with your family and join us for a short program, meal and classic Christmas activities.

Choir

It's time to sing! Choir has started and is held from 6:30-8:00 in the creekside room. We would love to have you join us! We will be preparing songs for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Please reach out to gabbie@rushcreekbc.org if you are interested in joining.
