The tongue is a potent way to unlock Eros and tap directly into primordial intelligence.
In Daoist, Yogic and Tibetan traditions, the mouth is a potent place to practice and to connect to union. Emily Conrad (the creator and original vessel of Continuum Movement) inspired her students to explore for days (and weeks) inside the oral cavity and to investigate the capacities of the tongue. She said the tongue is only as open as the spine and you can free the spine by working on the tongue.
This practice and experience is for somatic explorers, dancers, healers, sensitive, energetics and those that like to hang in the terrain of Truth and move from stillness. Bring what is alive and authentic. The intent is always to create a field that supports your nervous system to feel safe to open to the unknown and to open to integrating your Self. All practices are trauma-informed and particularly powerful for transforming pre-verbal and ancestral challenges.
