Wednesday 6th March - Lent Begins

Lent begin on Ash Wednesday, 6th March.  There will be 2 Masses during which we will be marked with Ash.

The Mass will be: 
10am Low Mass
7.30pm Solemn High Mass 

Cuppa and Chat at Colgate

Our Monthly Cuppa and Chat takes place at St Saviour's Church in Colgate this Monday from 10.30am until Midday.  It's a good chance to meet your neighbours and have a chat.


This year, like every other parish in the Church of England we are required to renew our Church Electoral Roll.  

The Electoral Roll is our official membership list of our church.  If you are over 16 and live within our parish or attend the church regularly can I please ask you to complete a new electoral roll form and return it to either Carol Barnes or myself.

Items which we require for our Spring Fair:

Jam jars filled with small Easter eggs/Easter sweets. 

 Bottles (wine, spirits, soft drinks.)

Raffle prizes. 

Chocolates for the chocolate tombola

Cakes/baked goods. For sale as both Sliced and whole.

If you haven't yet got your raffle tickets please see Randolph.

Walsingham Pilgrims

Those of you who are joining in on the pilgrimage to Walsingham need to filling in the 'booking form' which you will find on the table at the back of the church and return this to Wendy Double with the balance of your money.  If you wish to pay be cheque these should be made payable to 'WCTA Ltd'.

Cathedral Visit

Our Parish will be prayed for in Chichester Cathedral on Thursday (7th March).  Those how have indicated they would like to join us and would like to travel together we are planning of catching the 14:01 trains which will leave for platform 2 at Horsham Station.  If you wish to come please let Fr Russell or Carol Barnes know by Sunday.

Who you like to help enhance our Worship? 

Why not consider joining our Church Choir.  They sing at our Sung Mass every Sunday and rehearse on a Friday Evening.
