A Palau-flagged Cargo Vessel was approached by a small craft while underway approximately 100NM southwest of Port Kamsar, Guinea. The Master reported the small craft as green in color with up to eight persons onboard.

The vessel was reportedly followed for approximately one and a half hours before the small craft altered its course. The closest point of approach was 1.5NM. No weapons or ladders were observed. The vessel and crew are safe, and the vessel is continuing to its next port of call.
