Incident Description

Crew on board a vessel saw a canoe approaching the anchor chain of the vessel. The crew remained alert and, upon seeing one perpetrator attempt to climb along the anchor chain, raised the alarm on board and alerted the SAA security causing the pirates to escape the area. Time approximate.
