RDAEP Board Meeting 

Our Board Members meet bi-monthly in each of the Eyre Peninsula local government areas to provide our funding partners the opportunity to present on Council projects and developments.

Our Members visited Streaky Bay on 28 and 29 April and undertook a strategic planning session, received briefings from TSA Management on the proposed EP Desalination Plant and the District Council of Streaky Bay CEO Damian Carter on recent and future projects of Council. 

During the visit, we took the opportunity to enjoy the view and inspect Kerrin McEvoy's statue. 

Thank you for hosting us Mayor Travis Barber. 

At the Strategic Planning session, our Members set priorities for 2022-23 to improve the Region's liveability,  including the below:

  • Healthcare Services and Infrastructure 
  • Childcare Services
  • Housing and Accommodation 
  • Telecommunications 
  • EP Water Security
  • Reliable Electricity
