I don't really have a bit of news, but did not want the year to close without wishing you all a Happy New Year.
COVID continued making life hard for many of us. Some if us have suffered losses. We can only hope things improve in 2022.
I haven't been doing much writing, other than my blog where I'm always running on about one thing or another, sharing photographs and poetry, and recommending books.
I have recently posted a list of the books I read during this past year. You may find a title or two that sounds interesting, or a "new to you" author.
I also asked some bookish friends to join me in compiling a list of our favorite books of the year which you might enjoy. I love lists, and, for a reader, book lists are the most fun. Take a look at What Did Women Like in 2021?
And, of course, the Paris reading list has grown and is now in the process of being revised and updated to include author links and cover art. We can forever think of it as a living document as it will be constantly changing.
Until next time, we wish you all peace, joy, and good health.
