EcoVisio Association is registered as a beneficiary of the 2% mechanism since 2017. For 7 years we have received contributions from EcoVisio friends in the amount of almost 60 thousand lei. On March 14, in the village of Volintiri, Stefan Voda district, a very special event took place - a training on "Environmental legislation on waste burning". This training is an important step in raising awareness and involving the local community in protecting the environment. But to ensure that progress continues, we need to strengthen our efforts to educate and raise awareness, and implement concrete measures for sustainable waste management in the village of Volintiri. We kicked off the first module of the training of trainers in the field of Social Entrepreneurship in educational institutions in the country. During 3 days, the participants from Chisinau and Comrat had a series of activities. See here about the experience of the first module.

Following our field visits in February-March, where we connected with civil society in WMAs 8, 5 and 1, we invited interested people to pass our onlinet course on waste management. It gave them the basic knowledge about waste management. Thus, people eager to bring change in their towns and villages were invited to a series of trainings at EcoVillage. Until now, we used to recharge our batteries in Rîșcova, at our EcoVillage Moldova Ecological Training Center.
