"Procrastination is the thief of time."

Hi , hope you're having a lovely Sunday so far.

I was inspired to write about procrastination this week. I launched The Clarity Hour programme on Wednesday which was a big hit! 💃🏽 When you book, you have to let me know what challenges you face with defining a work-life balance. Amazingly, about 80% of the attendees cited procrastination and it got me thinking, procrastination really is the thief of time but more so, it may also be signalling much deeper reasons for why you don't get on with the task you're trying to do. The blog post gives a couple of examples and some tips, so have a read if you procrastinate a lot. Focus on the outcome 😉 and change the way you think.

It was so great to meet people from the mailing list! I loved that we kind of knew each other already having had various exchanges via email. I was nervous but soon eased into it all and had such a blast - drinks on the rooftop afterwards wasn't bad either!
