Apologies for the lateness of the hour. I got distracted with some things and the time slipped by.
In regards to Professor Melzer's speech to the UN General Assembly, I defer to the words of Liliana DeLucca-Connor who has been expertly guiding us through this process:
"...My former colleague from UN TV has still not received the official papers from the Third Committee Secretariat, but he and I agreed that it would happen sometime between 10:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. New York Time, since Melzer will be the third speaker of the Third Committee's morning session before the lunch break. [see picture of the schedule below]

I would like to clarify that his statement tomorrow before the Third Committee, and his Report to the 75th General Assembly Session, are not going to be the "magic bullet" that our community is hoping for, however, because this is a second stage in the process that the UN will navigate, step by step, in order to eradicate Cybertorture from the world -- and during the Human Rights Council session in Geneva in February, he stated that he will attempt to put an end to torture with modern technologies in about 2 to 4 years -- we will fully support all his work in this direction with the world governments, as well as the development of his investigations that he has already started in some parts of the world, to uncover and expose this Crime Against Humanity.
