📚 User Story: From Strategy to Collaboration. How Alte University Uses HEInnovate

When Alte University in Georgia set out to strengthen Innovation & Entrepreneurship, it started with a HEInnovate self-assessment. The result? Clear priorities, stronger collaboration, and new tools to track progress.

University leaders and stakeholders used the process to break down silos, equip the new Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre with HEInnovate Train the Trainer resources, and lay the groundwork for continuous improvement.

🔎 Case Study: Building Cross-Border Entrepreneurship through YOSHI

At Saxion University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands, HEInnovate supports the development of YOSHI (Your Online Side Hustle International), an extra-curricular international entrepreneurship programme delivered with partners from the E³UDRES² alliance. The case study explores how experiential, gamified, and intercultural learning helps students build online ventures, while strengthening entrepreneurial mindsets and cross-institutional cooperation.
