Hi , how often do you invest in yourself?
This is the topic of my blog and one which I'd like to talk to you about today.
We need to invest in ourselves first before anything else because otherwise, we will not be any good to anyone.
If we don't know how to give ourselves love, how will we know what care we need and when we're about to burn out?
It's so easy to live life day to day, week to week, year in year out doing the same things, expecting different results - or blaming everyone and everything else - but unless we even know ourselves, how to care for ourselves, we'll never get to where we think we want to go.
This is true of all your goals as well as basic functioning. Take for example 'being a good mum', what's the measure of being a good mum? Do you change your markers as your kid's needs change? What about doing well in a job, how do you measure that? Do you choose to up-level yourself so that you can achieve more at work? What about love. Have you got a plan to give up being single or are you just hoping it will happen one day without much effort from you?
You see, it's imperative to invest in ourselves so we know where we're coming from. By having a good hold of this, it'll be a lot easier to navigate life in a more fulfilling way.
The blog post explains it well, have a read below.
If you fancy a more targeted approach to your goals, join me on March 15th for my Frankly Unstoppable Retreat+Coaching programme. As well as having fun, you can get really focussed on your goals for the year in your Health, Career or Relationships.
I'd like to also share that after some negotiations with Champneys, I am now able to offer the programme with just the retreat element. If you want to do the entire programme, there is a supplement charge for the additional coaching.
This means, the retreat is even better value now at £486 per person or £442 per person in a twin room.
That's got me all excited, hope to see some of you there!
Lots of love
