Overseas Employment Terms


QUESTION 

Hi Fellow HR Practitioners,

I have an existing employee who have been on unpaid leave for a year and apparently unable to return to Singapore due to the treatment still require for another a year to complete. The employee is PR in Singapore and have offered for a part time working 30 hours a week remotely in India during the said period above.

In view to this, do we pay her prorated current salary based on what she get in Singapore? If we do pay her in current salary in SGD and credit in her SG bank account, do we include CPF contribution? What should we include in her contract as a part timer working remotely.? Eg. Do we include annual leave, medical leave, medical insurance, benefits, which holiday should she be observe (SG or India).

I am not sure how and what to include in the contract. And what is the address of her work place since physically she is not working in Singapore. Please advise as I am so confuse on how to manage this properly.
