Last month, I shared a video and introduction on the importance of breathing deeply. This month, I will share some thoughts about snoring. My husband snores. Loudly. He even had surgery about 8 years ago to "make more space for the air". It was horrible for him.
I know that nasal surgery has worked well for some, but for Tom, it brought him misery and did not help much with his snoring.
But it's been a couple months now, and he hasn't snored! There will be a little noise here and there, but trust me, it's nothing compared to what I know he is capable of!
I credit the Buteyko Method and what I have taught him about nasal breathing and reduced volume breathing. If you snore, try to make a snoring noise while breathing softly, slowly, and deeply through your nose. It's not easy, right?! There are reasons for this.
