Over a series of public meetings spanning two years in which FLTF made engineers available to the public to review assessment cases, 838 parcels were zeroed out. These lots were not developable, no longer had their historically-deeded access, or were in the process of being combined. Stemming from public outreach by FLTF beginning in 2022, over 1,236 individual changes to assessments were made including adjustments to frontage, view, derived benefit and water depth.
The figures above reflect what was shared in January and February of 2024, and remain documented on the FLTF Special Assessment District page.
