There continues to be ongoing and exciting activity happening across Cumbria, and yea re planning for our annual conference in September. Please do consider joining joining us as we together explore different aspects of older people’s ministry drawing on the wisdom and knowledge of experts in the field and our local Anna Chaplains and Friends.
The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Afternoon tea, held at Kendal Parish
church and arranged by Anna Chaplain Beverley Moore and her team, was
well attended with over 30 people enjoying afternoon tea, singing from
Jude Gardner Jones and a royal themed quiz.
Beverley Moore led a helpful workshop on running a tea service in Carlisle on June 15th 2022. This event was jointly hosted by Churches Together Carlisle and District, SVP and Anna Chaplaincy Cumbria and was attended by people from the Carlisle area.
