Prayer requests from Resonate Global Mission missionaries and ministry leaders
Prayer Points

Prayer Points from ministry leaders around the world:

  • Praise God for a successful Educational Care training in South Korea last month! Paul Yu, Resonate's regional mission leader for East and Central Asia, gives thanks that participants were restored, healed, and challenged. Pray that the training will transform their classroom teaching into an educational ministry.

  • Please pray for Strong Tower Ministries, a Resonate partner in Michigan, as the team ministers to refugees. "Pray that God will continue to provide all of the various resources needed to come alongside people and show them Christ's love in tangible ways," said pastor Ernest Umoh.

  • The campus ministry at Queens University in Ontario is starting an Alpha program this fall.  "Please pray that God uses this group to get many students connected to Christ," said campus minister Steven Koy.

  • Resonate missionaries ask you to pray for unity within the West African country where they serve. Pray that leaders in the church, schools, and nation catch the vision of the kingdom.

  • Praise God that Nicaragua Christian Academy, a Resonate partner, was still able to resume school in the midst of the country's civil unrest. Please continue to pray for the school, as the unrest has caused financial strain. Ask God to provide for all of the school's needs so faculty, staff, and students can continue their educational ministry.

  • Steve and Jan Michmerhuizen, missionaries in Romania, ask you to please remember Resonate missionaries as they travel for work. “Safety on the road is the all-time, going-forward, give-to-the-Lord, trust-in-him prayer,” they said. Ask God to keep our missionaries safe.

Your Prayer Matters!

Your prayer for ministry taking place around the world is truly felt by those you are praying for, and it makes a huge impact.

Earlier this year, Josh and Amanda Shaarda, missionaries in Uganda, asked you to pray for a proper rainy season so people could have an abundant harvest. Thank you for praying!

Tim and Angie Sliedrecht, who are also serving as missionaries in Uganda, recently gave thanks for a refreshing rainy season and abundant harvest that helped communities thrive. Praise God!
