The Dotted Veil colorway is inspired by vintage fascinators and black mourning veils. The delicate point d'esprit is a little more subtle than Swiss dots; for a slightly more understated and elegant finish than polkadots. In person, the play of the shadows of the overlay over the white brocade makes it look almost silvery at certain angles.

This would be beautiful to complete a goth outfit, over a simple dress, or even as a boudoir piece.

This is my first colorway for Timeless Trends (which actually came out last week, but I was sick with the flu last week so no newsletter). I personally love blue and white porcelain like Delft Blue, as well as classic Toile de Jouy fabric for corsets (also a famously blue and white combination). This combines my two loves, and adds in a playful touch with hidden cats! It was simply too cute to pass up.
