The UK Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) has issued a warning of a maritime attack which occurred approximately 50NM South of Aden, Yemen. An explosion was reported near a commercial ship, but the vessel and her crew are confirmed to be safe.
The incident is currently under investigation by the authorities.
