It's Day 17 and we're ready to HIIT it!

With Sarah, you have a warm up followed by 3 x 10 minute HIIT workouts which are a mixture of upper and lower body exercises, finishing off with an all over stretch!

Please take care on these videos and don't be afraid to pause the video and take some extra rest time if you need to.
