Zoom retreats combine a welcome chance to go deeper in practice with the convenience of not leaving home. Resting in a supportive structure of recorded talks, personalized guidance, and a reflective online community, these virtual retreats provide a collected basis for meditation. Participants can benefit from enhanced mindfulness, spiritual renewal, and personal transformation.
Dhamma Sukha is pleased to announce a series of special fundraising Zoom retreats featuring Delson Armstrong to support the launch of the new Freedom of Mind foundation, founded to serve as a platform for teachers like Delson. These will include daily one on one interviews with Delson most days accompanied by live talks at the beginning and end of the retreat.
Participants in these retreats gain access to profound wisdom from a meditation master, while supporting the teacher and the development of this new foundation.
We will be offering several tiers of payment as a fee for the online retreat. Please choose a tier based on your means and aspirations for supporting this foundation which has been created to help all beings in the alleviation of suffering.
There will also be an option to provide additional tax deductible support at the end of the retreat to help Freedom of Mind achieve its mission.
