The class will help us release tension in the body and help us breathe. If you have them, please set up with a mat, blocks (or something similar- a book, water bottle, extra blankets), a bolster (or multiple blanks folded so you have a shape about 2.5 feet long by 1 foot wide by about 6-8 inches high), and a strap/ towel/ or belt. We may also use a chair or a wall (in many cases a couch will also work).
