Pasted below is the table of contents for the book I've been working on for...uh, far too long. Truth be told, I've really been dragging my feet on this project and now it's just looming over me like a big scary monster. As they used to say back in the day, I need to "S%#t or get off the pot." (Sorry - you know how crude "they" can be).
