In this workshop we will go over all of the basic skills and tools necessary to get you cooking! We will focus on measuring, simple knife skills, and most importantly, how to create an easy and appetizing plant-based meal (with dessert!). This is a great way to gain the confidence you need to prepare all those fun new veggies from your farm share, garden, or the supermarket and cook a healthy, delicious meal for everyone to enjoy. Register by Tuesday 8/23 @ 5pm.
