I've missed our weekly emails, and I am happy to be back to writing you again! I've been, you know, trying to figure out how to live best with all of.... *gestures broadly* .... this.
Has it been the same for you? Fits and starts, and ups and downs? Every week on social media, I see someone post: "Can we all agree that this is the hardest week yet?" Each week seems the worst for some people–and, each week also seems to not be the worst for others. In the words of my favorite Midwestern hip-hop duo from the 90's: "everyday can't be the best day; do what you can."
Speaking of (slowly) doing what we can, I am so delighted that we finally launched our meditation resource library! It took a long time but I am so proud of the quality of what we made for you. Our meditation scripts are literally better than anything I've seen out there so far, if you'll allow me to say so. : )
