Myers-Mallory Missions Program: Wednesday, September 4 at 6pm.

Disciple Groups: Our small groups will kick off again soon! Starting Sunday, September 8 most groups will meet at 6pm. Childcare is available every Sunday evening from 5:50-7:10pm, starting September 8 and going through October 20 (with the exception of October 13). Sign up sheets are available on the bulletin board. Childcare sign up sheets are available at The Children's Corner. Please sign up at least one week in advance for childcare.

Women's Discipleship Class: All ladies are invited to join a women's discipleship class! Sign up at the bulletin board, or by responding to this email. (this is for women who are not currently involved in a class... we'd love for you to join us!)

Children's Ministry Vision Casting Luncheon: Sunday, September 8 all children and parents are invited to join us in the FLC immediately following the morning worship service. Lunch will be provided.

Slip N Slide Kickball: Students vs adults!! Sunday, September 8 immediately following morning worship. Lunch provided.

Headsets are available at the sound board (back of the sanctuary) for the hearing impaired.

The cost is $15 per child, or $20 per family (for new students only). If you participated with Awana this past Spring, you do not owe anything this time.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT SUPPER (WNS)

Location: FLC – Dining Area & Gym

Serving Times: 5:00 PM – Serving Begins after the blessing

5:50 PM – Serving Line Closes

Church-Wide: WNS is a Church-Wide opportunity & fellowship time; Not just for AWANA participants

Menu: Menus will be announced in advance in the weekly newsletter and bulletin

Cost: Donations to offset the cost of food will be accepted weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. If you choose to make a donation online, please specify for WNS. Donations are voluntary!

Reservations: It is very helpful to the food prep team to have an approximate number of people eating. So, please make reservations from week to week at the AWANA sign in location!

The Helping Hands Ministry was inspired by Doris Thompson and her vision to reach out to our shut-in and homebound members. This ministry delivers gifts to our shut-ins once a month, on the 4th Thursday (except during the holidays). Even though a gift is delivered, the true gift is the visit and time spent with the member who is unable to attend church.
