Love Like Your Father Loves You

Love Those Who Are Not Easy To Love

We all know someone who is not so easy to love. Maybe they are just not a nice person or have wronged you in some way. In Matthew 5:43-45 Jesus tells us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us. If we are to be God's children, we must show the same kind of grace that God showed us. Even if we are hurt by others it is important for us to respond with kindness and grace. God loves us unconditionally and He loves us even when we are not so loveable. He even blesses us when we don't deserve it. 

Five Ways To Love Like Your Father

Here are some practical ways we can love like our Father:

• When we are insulted speak words of blessing
• Pray that God blesses the person you don't want to
• Give to someone who doesn't have anything to give you
• When you want to give up take one more step
• Set loving boundaries

A life built on love will last.
