e-UPM Alumni Newsletter ● Issue 1 ● June-August 2016

WELCOMING REMARK

The year 2016 has been an interesting year and important to Alumni Centre Universiti Putra Malaysia (ACUPM). Several tasks were given by the top management of the university as its Key Performance Indicators (KPI). ACUPM worked very hard to meet these requirements and the most challenging one was definitely RM1 million scholarships. Other than that ACUPM had other tasks or KPIs, to meet such as, inter alia, endowment, local and international alumni activities.

The hard work, commitment and dedication had enabled ACUPM to achieve RM1 million scholarships from our distinguished UPM alumnus (alumni class of 1976). We have the focus to tackle the challenges that face us, and the track record to deliver. We also have the reassurance of knowing that our alumni, friends and stakeholders are behind us as we steer our alma mater into the future.

As our first edition of e-UPM Alumni Newsletter, it brings you the latest news and information for alumni from across the university and alumni communities. We send it to UPM alumni for whom we have current email addresses - look out for it in your email inbox! Information included each issue varies and may include news and research from the university, other benefits and services, alumni programmes and upcoming events.
