Welcome 2017

We are now fully into the swing of 2017 and what a start to the year it has been!

As always in January, we have opened up our doors to our new students as well as all of our returning students. We are really pleased that all of our new students have settled in and everyone has had their heads down!

What an exciting term we have ahead! We hope you enjoy this insight into what has been going on at Quest Professional since the New Year.

Congratulations to the September Grads

A big congratulations to all of the September Graduate Training students who finished their course in December. We hope all the training received and skills developed have helped you start out in the world of work!

PJ Day

On Wednesday 25 January, we all rolled out of bed and came straight to Quest for PJ day! Students and staff alike wore their dressing gowns and slippers for the day. While we had some weird looks commuting, it was all worth it as we raised money in aid of Action for A-T.

Cake Sale

A huge well done to our Professional Diploma students who baked their way to a successful charity fundraiser in aid of Action for A-T. The cakes were delicious and the homemade cookies delightful... had to be said the day was rather scrumptious!

Action For A-T

Lloyds Trip

Students went to Lloyds of London, to learn about the ins and outs of the insurance industry. There was a tour of the building and a presentation by one of the insurance brokers there. No better way to understand the industry than to see it in action!

Bank of England

The Professional Diploma PLUS students went to have a look around the Bank of England. They heard first hand all of the fascinating facts and about the history of the building. As well as gaining an understanding of what goes on behind the scenes at the central bank of the United Kingdom.

Technology Day

The Apprentice style challenge saw our Business Apprentice students having to come up with branding for their technological product. In this pursuit they had to invent catchy slogans and a platform to launch their technology onto the market. Must be said there were a lot of wacky and wonderful ideas in the mix! What a successful day gaining invaluable experience.

PR Day

The Professional Diploma and Business Apprentice students completed a PR day. They had to get their business hats on and come up with how they were going to promote "Our Business". This came down to location, costs, times, target audience and branding. They then had to pitch their idea to us - coming in and introducing themselves along with their PR company name.

Guest Speakers

A massive thank you to Northcote Internet, EST 10 and CAKE Technologies for coming in and talking to our students this month. This always helps the students get an insight into the different industries that are out there and hopefully get one step closer to knowing what career avenue to go down.

School Visits

We have been busy traveling to schools across the country sharing what Quest Professional has to offer.  We have had the pleasure of representing Quest at New Hall School, St Mary's Ascot School and Epping Forest Consortium careers fair over this last month – with many more lined up for this year!

If you would like us to come and present at your school or attend a school/careers fair then get in touch. We are always delighted to spread the Quest word.

Welcome Alice

A huge warm welcome to our new wonderful Student and Alumni Consultant, Alice Short. Alice attended the Graduate Training Programme in September and therefore knows first hand what it is like to complete a Quest Professional course. We hope you have settled in well and have an amazing time working here.... Lovely to have you as part of the team!
