Reservist During Probation Period - Update 1 (Reply)
Dear HR Personnels,
Kindly advise how do we pay for staff who has just joined us within a month and has to go for his reservist? Do we need to prorate? As for our knowledge and experience for confirmed staff we will pay in full amount and claim back from the authority ,
I supposed the reservist payout should be full regardless of confirmation status.
Employee is not allowed to use the reservist leave to offset notice period and employer has the right to ask him to extend his notice period according to MOM website.
