The Geopolitical Intelligencer

Twitter Youtube Soundcloud Facebook Website

Dear Reader,

Welcome to the maiden issue of The Geopolitical Intelligencer! This entire project began out of curiosity and passion enabled by technology in the university classroom (see this post).

After experimenting with live interviews between students and experts, I decided to formally create the “Geopolitics & Empire Podcast.” Our maxim is that we “seek to critically analyze global affairs through examination of the perilous truths of our time and not to any particular ideology.”

The next frontier is the creation of this weekly newsletter. It will collect “big picture” stories that track the Colder War, the New Silk Road, the Second Great Depression, Deep Politics and the Surveillance State.

The podcast and newsletter are currently produced by a skeleton crew. As we do some moving and shaking in the coming weeks and increase podcast production, we hope to open a Patreon support page through which listeners and readers can help grow this rebel ship. YouTube monetization and such is proving itself meaningless in this Age of Snowden and the collusion between big tech and government, otherwise known as The Deep State.

We leave you with a few quotes of valor and encouragement and hope to see you again next week!

“Truth is treason in the empire of lies.” Ron Paul

“To stand in silence when they should be protesting makes cowards out of men.” Abraham Lincoln

“There are a thousand hacking at the branches of evil to one who is striking at the root.” Henry David Thoreau

“Today, we need a nation of Minutemen, citizens who are not only prepared to take arms, but citizens who regard the preservation of freedom as the basic purpose of their daily life and who are willing to consciously work and sacrifice for that freedom.” John F. Kennedy
