TRANS EUROPEAN SCIENTIFIC CONTEST (TESC)
10 CANDIDATES WILL PARTICIPATE IN THE 2018 EDITION

The European Congress of Vilnius will host a new edition of TESC (Trans European Scientific Contest).The aim of TESC is to stimulate young physicians in PRM to perform clinical research and to present the results during the ESPRM congresses.
Each national society has the right to select one young PRM physician to compete in TESC. The candidates should be residents or young specialists in PRM not more than 3 years after graduation as PRM specialist.

10 candidates will compete in the 2018 edition. The countries represented are: Belgium, Greece, France, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Spain, the United Kingdom.

The jury will be composed by ten members, one for each participating country, which will not vote for the candidate of his/her own country.

Three prizes will be awarded: 1000, 500 and 300 euros.

The TESC session is scheduled for Wednesday, May 2, from 3:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Epsilon room.

The winners of TESC will be first presented during the Presidents and Editors-in-chief session, room Alfa, Thursday afternoon.

They will be invited to the Presidents’ dinner, when the prize-giving ceremony will take place.
